What will you do?
We handle the welding of the internals of our exhaust systems in-house. Together with 4 colleague welders, you ensure that welding assignments of about 25 to 100 pieces are processed continually. Welding is done using a welding jig, making it possible to work precisely and accurately after setting the machine for each assignment. Welding is mainly MIG/MAG, but TIG is sometimes used as well.
In addition to welding internals and monitoring the quality of your work, you are also the point of contact for all welding technical issues and can easily identify areas for improvement. Although your focus is mainly on welding, you are flexible enough to occasionally assist your colleagues in assembly.
As a production welder, you feel at home in a fixed workspace and are capable of completing orders with attention to detail. There is a small degree of variation in the work, which does not bother you, and you enjoy when the same type of work keeps coming back.
You are:
- Experienced in or have an affinity and feel for MIG/MAG and TIG welding.
- In possession of a vocational education level 3 diploma.
- Possessing a positive work attitude.
