We are engineering this cutting-edge system to seamlessly the 2023 and 2024 standard Touring CVO models. At Dr. Jekill & Mr. Hyde we acknowledge the significance of personal touch in customizing your Harley-Davidson. The exhaust is available in two distinctive finishes, Chrome and the mesmerizing Dark Chrome that matches several original design elements. In addition you can select your preferred end cap with the adaptable CVO Adapter. This adapter allows riders to mount the original H-D CVO end caps, which fits perfectly with the original details allowing you to retain that iconic Harley-Davidson style effortlessly. After mounting the Impressive 4.5” exhaust for Harley-Davidson Touring CVO 121 OEM cases and passenger footpegs still fit perfectly.

Our valve in the exhaust constantly adapts to your riding behavior, allowing us to maintain the maximum sound level in decibels. Simply put: the valve in the exhaust continuously adjusts to the moment. This provides an immersive sound experience while riding, always within legal limits.

Central to this are our updated Smartbox with custom-made software for each motorcycle model, ensuring that you always stay within legal limits. The Smartbox controls the exhaust valve, which rapidly adjusts with our Fast Valve Response. We have developed new servo motors that can anticipate this within a millisecond. This provides a completely legal sound experience while riding.

Therefore our exhaust systems embody three distinct personalities: the Dr. Jekill mode, the dynamic mode and the Mr. Hyde mode. By a simple push of a button a valve inside the muffler closes, opens or opens halfway, giving your exhaust more power and performance.
