The Doctor is in: the Dr. Gangster exhaust system has arrived. Created in a unique collaboration between BT Choppers and Dr. Jekill & Mr. Hyde, this system is made for riders who want total control, a powerful sound, and a bold look — all in one handcrafted package.
What Makes the Dr. Gangster Special?
The core of the Dr. Gangster system is its hand-welded stainless steel headers, built by BT Choppers with expert attention to detail. They’re not just eye-catching — they’re optimized for airflow, riding comfort, and long-term durability. Integrated heat shields protect you on long rides, improving comfort without compromising on style.
The system includes a Dr. Jekill & Mr. Hyde electronically adjustable muffler, seamlessly integrated into the header design. Switch between street legal three sound modes — from closed and silent to open and roaring — with the push of a button.
Choose between polished or brushed welded stainless steel. Every unit is handcrafted and thoroughly tested before it leaves the shop.
