Recently, The Jekill and Hyde Company conducted its recurring dealer survey. More than 1,400 dealers have been approached with a variety of questions about our products, service and mutual cooperation. Why? Because we believe that the information we get from our dealers is priceless. We can’t think of a better way to keep improving ourselves and make changes where they are needed. In this article, we present a summary of the most important and interesting results.

Let's kickstart what we think is the coolest result: we score a 9 out of 10 when asked how dealers would rate us overall. That’s awesome! We appreciate their trust in our company and products, and cherish our great cooperation.
Our dealers are very positive about the service level and knowledge level of our account managers - questions and requests are handled on time and to satisfaction. We also score well on the price / quality ratio of our products, the user-friendliness of the dealer portal and lastly the clear communication about new products and updates via newsletters and our company website.
Of course, not everything can go as smoothly as we would like. We have therefore asked our dealers what they think we could do better. They came up with some great recommendations and tips that we will definitely use.
The following recommendations were made, among others. There were several moments this year where reliable delivery times were lacking, which sometimes led to difficult situations in the delivery of our products. The main reason for this was the delay in delivery of certain parts from some of our suppliers, who were affected by the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. Unfortunately, these are uncertain times. We are currently doing everything we can to anticipate this should this occur again in the future.
In addition, some dealers would like to be visited more often by one of our account managers. We will undoubtedly make up for this in the coming year!
