Activate Dynamic Mode and witness the transformation of your ride. When the valve opens halfway, the exhaust lets out a deep and resonant growl. Smartbox Revolutionary valve system

Our valve in the exhaust continuously adapts to your driving behavior, allowing us to maintain the maximum noise level in decibels. Simply put, the valve in the exhaust continuously adapts to the moment. This provides an immersive sound experience while driving, always within legal limits.

Central to this are our updated Smartbox with customized software for each motorcycle model, ensuring you always stay within legal limits. The Smartbox controls the exhaust valve, which adjusts quickly with our Fast Valve Response. We have developed new servo motors that anticipate this within a millisecond. This provides a completely legal sound experience while driving.

European type approval street legal

Dr. Jekill & Mr. Hyde | The Exhaust offers a fully street legal exhaust system. The exhaust system has a European type approval and therefore complies with all European laws and regulations and is also TÜV tested. This is because every Dr. Jekill & Mr. Hyde system includes a smartbox: this electronic control unit is the brain of the product and contains software that reads CAN bus signals coming from the motorcycle's ECU.

By committing the system to parameters set by EU law, the Smartbox will seamlessly and subtly intervene when necessary. Riders need not worry about breaking the law in any situation; the system is always legal, regardless of the sound mode selected.

That said, as motorcyclists, we must also recognize that we live in a busy society where we must accept that we must also be considerate of those around us, people who may not be at all enamored with the sound of a roaring Harley. "In town, I use the quiet, Dr. Jekill mode. As soon as I leave the city I press the button and switch to dynamic mode, the middle position. I find this sound mode very comfortable. But if the situation asks for it, for example when drivers sticking too close to my license plate, the valve opens to the Mr. Hyde mode. And that sound impresses! With my wife on vacation, only dynamic mode is allowed. But if I am alone then..."

"Completely changed the game for me. My previous exhaust had a nice tone but they were just too loud - I was setting off car alarms at idle. I wasn't enjoying riding anymore. When I heard the Dr. Jekill & Mr. Hyde exhaust though, I had to have it. The tones and volume were exactly what I was looking for, a button press away from inoffensive neighborhood bike to mean and proud cruiser with a tap. This is the exhaust I wish came stock!"

"Dark Horse in full gallop! Upgrading my Indian Chieftain Dark Horse was definitely worth it. Finally, the bike has the presence it deserves. The black look of the J&H system perfectly emphasizes the "Dark Horse" theme, and the sound of the open exhaust impressively showcases the powerful Thunderstroke engine. The Big-Shot end caps were absolutely the right choice for this bagger, and even a layperson can immediately see that this is a bike with serious power. For me, Jekill & Hyde is the first choice when it comes to quality, sound, and support!"
