Training and support resources were described as “solid,” “more than expected,” and “excellent,” indicating that dealers find these materials highly valuable in optimizing their work with the company’s products.
Perceived value and quality
Many dealers commented that the products are “reasonably priced and worth the money.” This positive perception suggests that, for most, the balance between cost and quality is just right. There is a strong loyalty among satisfied customers who recommend the products based on their own experiences and perceptions of quality.
